Today's Picture of the Day is the Stephens Elementary Festival that was held on Friday, August 21st. The Stephens Elementary Festival celebrated the return to school for students and helped to raise money for the Stephens PTA to help pay for a new playground set. The event was well attended by students, parents and teachers.There were many games and activities, tasty treats and even some inflatables for the kids to play on. Pictured here at the festival are Assistant Principal Pam Thamann, Principal Karen Lowe and Assistant Principal Jeff Rollins.
Stephens Elementary is the largest elementary school in the state of Kentucky. The school is home to students from Kindergarten to the 5th grade.
